Finishing a project is rarely straightforward
Landscaping is often left until late in the programme. At that point, budgets are tight, decisions need to be made quickly, and there’s rarely appetite for a full design process.
Builders are often working with what’s already on site, unsure what needs to be added, and under pressure to finish cleanly for handover. Planting and screening in particular can be a minefield when it’s not your world, yet it’s often what makes or breaks the final result. That’s where practical, on-site guidance makes the difference.

How we support builders & small developers

On Site Project Guidance
We visit site to help assess what’s there, what’s missing, and what needs to happen next. The focus is on practical decisions that allow the project to move forward cleanly toward handover.

Working with whats on site
Where materials are already available, we help make the most of them. This avoids unnecessary spend, reduces waste, and keeps the project grounded in reality rather than redesign.

Planting & Screening Support
We advise on planting and screening where it matters most, including boundaries, outlook and privacy. This can involve sourcing plants, nursery visits, or guiding your own team on site.
How the process works
We start with a short call to understand the project and confirm whether on-site support makes sense.
If it’s a good fit, we arrange a site visit and focus on practical decisions that help the project move forward toward handover.
Any further support is agreed only if needed, based on the stage of the build and the level of involvement required.
